Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our international customer service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for resolving queries from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Include responsibility for providing technical troubleshooting over the phone for Intermedia customers globally
Specify handling of basic technical assistance calls related to telecom, VoIP, networking and communications
Add the following under required competencies:
Basic networking knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of computers (software and hardware)
