Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Chat & Calls)

Location: Chandigarh (On-site)

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions via chat and calls. The role involves resolving customer queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through chat, inbound, and outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and warehouse for issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/calls simultaneously
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 02 years of experience in customer support (chat/call process preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
